According to the procedure established by the tournament and the Latvian national government, the visa documents will be issued only after August 2, when the application period ends.
The official Note to the Consulate prepared by the tournament organizers will include information only about players and coaches who have filled out the visa application form. The deadline is August 10, but the tournament organizer invites you to fill out the form immediately after August 2 in order to speed up the visa processing procedure.

The organizer of the tournament does not send individual invitations to players and coaches, but sends an official note to the Latvian consulate in the relevant territory.
Visas will be issued at the consulate only for players (and their coaches) who will not be withdrawn by the withdrawal deadline on August 15 and have paid the tournament entry fee and hotel reservation fee.
